3.You have a big wind up and or a big throwing type
of motion and a big follow-through when swinging at the ball – either standing or jumping – Stop it and do it
Right! (you’re not throwing a rock or trying to swat a
fly!)

“How to Swing” to see how to swing correctly.
Your arm needs to have a compact and coiled whip motion not a
throwing or clubbing type of motion - this one is hard to explain without writing about a 200
page manual, so please watch the videos - THANKS!
4.When you spike or make a shot your head drops / you
take your eyes off the ball – Stop it and do it Right! –
You must see your hand make contact with the ball, just as a
golfer must see the club hit a golf ball.
ALSO,
PLEASE hit the ball with you entire OPENhand with your fingers spread wide apart.
5.The non hitting arm/elbowdoesn’t come up above your head when hitting the ball from a standing position or when jumping –
Stop it and do it Right!
Not
only do you need to jump with both arms, you need to either point the
elbow of your non hitting arm at the ball or reach for the ball with your non-hitting hand during the hitting
motion.
Once again the video is really going to help demonstrate this!
6.Making contact
with the ball too far in front of you when you are hitting or making a shot. This usually happens because you try
to jump forward rather than straight up. - Stop it and do it Right!
Make contact with the ball as high above your head as you can possibly
reach (basically reach your hitting hand up as high as you can reach and that’s where you want to
practice making contact with the ball. Practice this every time you
swing no matter if you are standing on the ground or jumping.
If you really want to know about becoming the very best
spiker/hitter and shot maker you can be - you will definitely want to get the FREE (but exclusive
access) to these thank you videos.
