18.     You wait to see where your partner’s pass is going to go before you move or you slowly start moving toward the net – Stop It and Do It Right! –

 

     As soon as your partner calls the ball:

 

    IMEDIATELY open your body position up to your partner and QUICKLY move in a straight line toward the net and toward your partners half of the court. Be ready and in position to set the perfect pass (see #16 for the location of a perfect pass)

   

19.     Your feet are moving when you set the ball - Stop It and Do It Right! – 

 

    Your feet need to be stopped, balanced and your knees bent BEFORE you make contact with the ball.

 

 

20.     You stare up in the sky watching your set - Stop It and Do It Right! –

 

    As soon as you set the ball: 1) look at the other side of the court, be your partners eyes and quickly give your partner the open shot call while

 

    2) Get into position to cover your partner if they get blocked.
